The apartment is available immediately from February 2026. I am currently subletting the unit, and the lease runs through July 30, 2026. If you would like, you can also extend the lease for an additional 12 months.
The monthly rent is $765, which includes the water bill.
Electricity is not included in the rent. You will need to set up an account with Duke Energy and pay them directly.
