Hello! I am looking for a subletter for Summer 2026, from mid-May to mid-August. You would be staying in my furnished room and have access to the well- furnished home I share with my roommates, who will also likely be gone for the Summer. The rent is 700/month + utilities, and Id give you May for free. We have an in-house washer and dryer, a porch, a great couch and live right next to the Tulane campus. Our landlord is very responsive, we have a parking lot in the back and Id be happy to set up a tour with anyone whos interested.
