Sublet in Waltham (MaySep)
Im looking to sublet my current room.
Location: Waltham, near Bentley University(about 10 mins ride?)
Layout: 3B3B (3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms). Subletting a secondary bedroom with a private bathroom.
Roommates: 1 female, 1 male (not a couple)
Lease term: 2026 May 2026 Sep(Can be longer or slightly shorter)
Rent: $1200/month
Utilities:
The house is new with central air, gas heating and in unit W/D.
Water is covered by the landlord. Electricity / Internet / Gas are split among three people. In summer, its usually less than $100 per month.
Furniture:
Basic furniture in common areas and bedroom(bed, matress, desk and chair)
Other details:
No gender preference
No pets allowed by the landlord
Parking is relatively inconvenient; suitable for someone without a car
Requires landlord approval
Possible to renew after September upon negotiation with the landlord
