Looking for a people to sublease my apartment at Square on Fifth, a complex in midtown Atlanta mainly for Georgia Tech students, very close to Georgia Tech campus.

Rent is $1420 a month, but if it helps, Im willing to lower the price a little and make up the difference.
The apartment has three units, each with private bedroom and bathroom, and a shared kitchen and common area. I am subletting one of the units. The other two rooms are occupied; both roommates are chill peoples and wont be a problem in terms of dirtiness, noisiness, etc.
Its a good location, right in GTs Tech Square, good options for food nearby and close to Publix and MARTA. Also nice view from the common area.
