Hi everyone! Im looking for a female subtenant for my room at The Edge (1212 Oakland Ave) for the summer. Its a 3x3 suite, meaning you have your own private bedroom and private bathroom.
The Details:
Individual Lease: You are only responsible for your own rent/space! No need to worry about the financial standing of other roommates.
Dates: May 1st July 25th
Rent: $695/month
Utilities: WiFi and most utilities are included.
Electricity: The unit receives a $100 monthly allowance. If the bill exceeds that, the overage is split equally between the 3 roommates (usually very minimal!).
The Room: Fully furnished with a full-sized bed, desk, and a spacious closet.
