Hello! I am subleasing my spacious room in a house in Gentilly. I live on the top floor, there is a private entrance. The bathroom, kitchen (with an oven, dishwasher, and microwave) and living room are shared with my roommate (a woman). There is a washer and dryer in the apartment. The bathroom has a large bathtub and a shower. There is a lovely balcony with seating and a table, the perfect place to watch sunsets or enjoy a meal. There is a large yard. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. There is always free street parking right in front of the house. It is a 15 minute drive from the French Quarter and five minutes away is a Rouses grocery store and a Walmart. I am looking for someone to sublease my room from June 25th (move in date is flexible) to August 31st.
