Beautiful apartment in the heart of burlington!! Lease Takeover / Approved Sublet Northgate Village Apartments

Im looking for someone to take over my lease at 237 Northgate Village starting April 1st. This will be done through the leasing office and must follow their approval process. I wont charge you the full amounts rent. The total for you to pay would be 1400.

Important (per management requirements):

This is a lease takeover / approved sublet only (not short-term rental)

You must apply through the leasing office

You will need to provide proof of income (pay stubs), credit/background check, and meet their qualification criteria

You must be added to or take over the lease officially

Final approval is required by management
