Its a super convenient spot, especially if you rely on public transit or just want to be close to everything.

The Details:

Dates: May 14 to July 28

The Space: You will get a private 1 bed and 1 bath within a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment. You will be sharing the common areas with one male roommate.

Rent: $900/month (All utilities included!)

Deposit: $820 refundable safety deposit

The Room: It comes with a desk, but is otherwise unfurnished, so you will need to bring your own bed and other daily amenities.

Location Perks:

5-minute walk to Target

10-minute walk to Lindbergh MARTA station

MARTA bus stop right outside the apartment complex

Logistics & Requirements:
To keep everything official and secure, you will need to be added to the lease. This requires completing a standard credit search through the Arrive Buckhead leasing office.
