A little about the current Tenants:

My name is Kai and my Roommates name is Drake,

We are looking to sublet a bedroom in our apartment, we have an extra room and extra bathroom and dont need the space. Laundry is in the apartment and heat, hot water and gas are covered. We will cover electric and internet so no utilities.
There is a gym downstairs and a nice courtyard as well as a bike storage room.
We are 1.5 blocks from Pratt so if youre a student this is the perfect spot.
It was recently renovated and is all hardwood flooring.
We are 1 and a half blocks from the G train and within 2 blocks of 3 bus stops, the B38, B69, B52 and B48.
Fort green park is only a few blocks away and Dekalb avenue is with so many great restaurants, bars, coffee shops and more is right around the corner. There are 3 Grocery stores within 5 blocks.
