Hey! Im a UM student subleasing my private room at Vox Miami Phase 2 for the summer while Im back home. Looking for someone responsible to take over for the summer.

Private bedroom + private bathroom (just for you)
3 bed / 3 bath unit each roommate has their own space
Quiet, near-empty apartment for the summer (one roommate is gone, the other may stay but is super chill)
In-unit washer/dryer

Resort-style pool, rooftop, gym, game room/lounge, study rooms, parking
Steps from UM campus

Move-in: May 10 Move-out: August 10
