Im looking for someone to take over the lease of this apartment ASAP. I was recently laid off from my full-time job and cant afford the rent anymore. Im hoping to move as early as possible. The apartment only require first months rent and the ancillary fees for keys, switching utilities in your name, etc. Nice place in a nice area, hate to move but necessary.
