I am subletting my room from June 1 - July 30th!

Its a 2 bedroom and 1 bath unit in Kitsilano.
Its at a very convenient location, right by the beach and there are supermarkets and stores close by (within a 15 minute walk).

Youll be sharing the apartment with my roommate and the room will come furnished.

Preference given to female mature students or female easy going professionals
Rent is 1150/month currently (will most likely increase to 1183 due to my landlords annual rent increase which usually begins in June). Utilities and wifi are separate (typically around $60 - $70 in total).
