Looking for someone to take my private bedroom in a 3-bed, 2-bath apartment in Dorchester, beginning anytime after the first weekend of May and continuing until August 31 (optional re-sign). Offering at a discount since Im moving soon.

Apartment: Lots of natural light, central heat/AC, in-unit washer and dryer, furnished living and dining room, balcony with an awesome view, driveway parking spot + plenty of street parking. See pics for more detail.

Location: 1015 mins walk from the Red Line (Fields Corner + Shawmut) and a bunch of bus lines (15, 17, 18, 19, 22, 23, 26, 201, 202). Good takeout options and parks within walking distance.

Lease + cost: Actual rent is $1325 + $60 for a monthly cleaning of common areas, but Ill subsidize the last few months of my lease, so youd only pay $1200/month through the end of August. If you choose, you can sign for a 12-month lease after that at full price.

Room + roommates: Youd be renting a private bedroom, either unfurnished or, if you prefer, with a free double bed included. Apartment is shared with two roommates (Owen and Patrick) who have their own bedrooms + leases and who are likely moving out at the end of August. Bathroom is shared with Owen, but hes out a lot (especially weekends) so its easy to share.
