Hi Looking for someone to sublease my apartment for the summer. Move in Date is May 16th and May rent will be paid so you would only have to worry about June and July. The bedroom includes a bathroom/ shower and a walk in closet. The apartment is pre furnished so you will be provided with a bed, mattress, desk, chair, dresser, and a shelf in the closet. In unit washer and dryer as well as a furnished living room and kitchen. We do have a dog and a cat but both a very friendly and keep to themselves. Free parking and clubhouse amenities are provided such as pool, hottub, gym, sauna, and study rooms with printers. Currently living with 3 other girls who are very friendly.
