Dates: June 8 September 22, 2026 Rent: $1,000/month per person (the full lease is $4,000/mo for the unit) Living situation: One current roommate will be staying for the summer: a 20-year-old male UChicago student. Quiet, clean, non-smoker, non-drinker.

Location: Right by UChicago campus with a bus stop downstairs (~10 min ride). Trader Joes and Walgreens are a 5-minute walk away. Walking distance from the metra, red, and green line.
Fully furnished with AC: Dishwasher, microwave, stainless steel appliances, in-unit washer/dryer, high ceilings, and both wood and carpet flooring.
Building amenities: Balcony, extra storage available, laundry center, smoke-free building. Cats and dogs allowed. Parking available for an additional fee.
