Utilities are usually between $50 and $70 per month.

It is about 15 minutes (walking distance) to the University of Washington, and less than a block away from the light rail station. The building also includes optional garage parking for $225/month. Grocery stores like Safeway and Trader Joes are nearby. Overall, the building is quite safe and it offers many amenities and services for residents (e.g., gym, heated rooftop pool, study rooms, direct package service).
