Sublease of Prospect Park apartment, located right next to the Arrow and the Quad. Late May-Mid August sublease.

Hello! I am a student at the University of Minnesota hoping to sublease my apartment for this summer, as I am going to be working out of state.

The price would be $550/per month and I would pay all the utilities. You would get your own room furnished with a TV, futon, bed frame and mattress, as well as a desk.

There is a shared bathroom with one other roommate. Throughout all my time living here we have hardly ever interrupted each other when trying to use it, so its not really much of a problem.

This is a really nice building, its a small apartment so you only have to climb one flight of stairs, its close to campus and the green line and E-line bus. There is included laundry and the kitchens fitted out with two refrigerators and freezers, so theres lots of space there. My roommates are very friendly, so maybe you might even make some new friends. Who knows?!
