We are looking for a QUIET STUDENT in the Waterloo area to sublet our sons room in a 3-bedroom apartment at 50 University Ave near Laurier/Waterloo Campus for 4 months. You will be sharing the space with 2 other students. There is 1 and 1/2 bathrooms, with a shared kitchen, living room, and balcony. I have furnished the kitchen with a microwave, toaster, and small convection oven toaster in addition to the original refrigerator and stove.
