I am looking for someone to take over my lease for a spacious single-bedroom apartment at Eastpark Apartments in Madison. The preferred move-in date is before the end of May, but a June move-in is also possible.
The current lease runs until October 11, 2026. After that, you may renew the lease directly with the property management office if you would like to stay longer.
The apartment is located at 5615 Fraser Circle. It is a 802 sq. ft. single-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor, with elevator access. The community is quiet and well maintained, with amenities including a swimming pool, fitness center, party room, and outdoor BBQ grills.
The apartment also has access to an underground parking garage, and free surface parking is available within the community.
