Couple minutes away from the 25 freeway, off Academy, and 15 minutes away from Pikes Peak Community College. In a great area with Taco Bell, Walmart, Dutch Bros just right up the road and the Post Office in your backyard. Located off Academy and Fountain.
The floors look a little different in my unit but it doesnt take away from the space, perfect for either or even two. The rent could potentially be cheaper once the original lease is up in September and Im in dire need of someone taking over this lease for the summer.
