Hi everyone! urgently looking for someone to take over my lease for the summer. the apartment is a 5-7 minute walk from both north eastern and berklee, across the street from whole foods and CVS, and short walk from the green line. you would be sharing one room in a 2b/1b with one other person.

price is 1400 a month, wifi, heat and hot water are included. i will be leaving my furniture which you can buy from me after the lease if you want!!
