I live at an apartment called Riverwind at Alafaya Trail Apartments. It is a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom unit & utilities are included except overage fees. Comes fully furnished & pets are allowed, but you have to pay a $300 deposit fee & additional $35/month as well as a crate. Rent is $950/month, however I renewed my lease so it will be $800/month starting August 2026. I currently do not have roomates so it would just be my room available for rent.
