I am a tenant, not the owner or manager. This has been posted with the permission of the owner. I am looking for a sublease from June 2026 through August 2026. Sublessee will have first option to renew the lease starting in September, subject to owner approval.

The unit is a spacious two-bedroom, one-bath apartment that was renovated recently. Large kitchen with counters. There is an in-unit washer and dryer, as well as a dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Theres a shared backyard. Garage space may be available for an additional fee, to be arranged with the owner.

Its located in Logan Square, mere walking distance to the CTA Blue Line and the Kimball and Fullerton buses so its easy to commute or visit other neighborhoods. There are several grocery stores and many, many restaurants nearby. It is walking distance from the historic Logan Square and the downtown known for its cafes, bars and farmers market

All rent and payment terms follow the current lease. It is $2,000 a month for rent. Landlord covers gas, heat, AC, and water. Tenant covers electricity and internet. I believe there is a pet fee to be negotiated with owner.

All applicants are subject to meeting with and approval by the owner.
