Its a 4 bed / 4.5 bath townhome with your own private bedroom and bathroom, plus a half bath for guests. The unit is fully furnished and has queen-size beds, walk-in closets, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a full-size washer and dryer, and really spacious common areas.
The community has some really nice amenities tooresort-style pool with a lazy river, hot tub, 24-hour gym, study lounges, coffee bar, dog park, shuttle to campus, outdoor TVs, fire pits, and more.
Its only about 8 minutes from Clemsons campus, super convenient!!
