This is a 4bed 4 bath apartment in Bryan, right next to the Texas A&M University. its a nice apartment, fully furnished, free internet, rent is only $509 before utilities, in unit laundry, there is a nice pool and a gym in the community as well, the apartment also has a university bus stop, super close (literally walking distance) from walmart, gas station and other groceries. This apartment is the cheapest furnished apartment around town. There is a subletting fee of $487 which I will appreciate if you can pay because I am student and I have some financial crunch, however, I will be able to cover half of that fee if that is something would help you to take this apartment.
