Comfortable private room in Saint Louis Park. Spacious back yard for summer get togethers. 10 min drive from downtown and spacious back yard. Current roommate has a cat and elderly dog that are both very friendly and quiet in the house. Laundry as well as room for a private living room space are available in the basement, as well as free rear parking with security camera for vehicle safety. Smoking outside is ok, indoors not ok. Pets are ok as long as they are good with other pets. Current roommate is bartender/server so plenty of private time during peak dining hours (evenings afternoons) but also friendly and enjoys shared time as well if preferred.
