- 4-bed, 2-bath, fully furnished, **central A/C**, in-unit laundry, one parking spot behind the house
- Front and back porches + full-sized backyard
- 23-minute walk to Harvard Square, 18-minute walk to Porter Square ( 10-minute bike ride to each)
- 15-minute walk to Trader Joes/Whole Foods
- 3-minute walk to two separate bus stops that each have three bus lines going to Harvard Square; Ive never waited more than 10 minutes for a bus!
- Nestled between Fresh Pond, Danehy Park, and Cambridge Public Library (Boudreau Branch)
- In West Cambridge: Upper-income, families with kids, cute cafes and specialty stores

The roommates:
- Three fun, chill graduate students at Harvard Kennedy School (all male currently, but all genders welcome!)
