Bedroom for rent at 1523, Highland Ave, Knoxville TN, USA. I am graduating and I am looking to sublet the room for June and July. Campus is a 10-minute walk from the apartment, close to downtown area.

Would share apartment with another two housemates (male and female). Rent is divided between all three parties, very communicative. Base rent is $1921, or ~$640 per person. Parking option available; would have to be added with the main office ($45 extra/monthly). Internet and power are not included, currently paid by another housemate and I, actively living in the apartment, to an outside company. Internet is also not included and divided the same way (~$30). There are no pets living in the apartment at the responsibleent, laundry on site.
