I am subletting my studio apartment from May 24 to August 6. The apartment is located at 5217 SE 30th Ave, close to the street and very convenient for transportation(also close to reed campus, 5 minutes walk to campus building). It is about a 30-second walk to the #10 bus stop and about an 8-minute walk to the #17 bus, so it is easy to get downtown.
The studio is south-facing, so it gets plenty of sunlight. It comes furnished with a queen-size bed with a soft mattress, a 4-person dining table, an L-shaped working desk with a 28-inch computer monitor, and a large bean bag. The kitchen is also fully equipped with plenty of cooking supplies, so it is very convenient for daily living.
The rent is $1200 per month, counted as two months total. Utilities and Wi-Fi are not included. The price can be reduced slightly if you are willing to do some light cleaning after the sublease ends.
