Served as General Counsel to the New York City Sergeants Benevolent Association, the Yonkers Police Benevolent Association, the New York State Troopers Police Benevolent Association, as well as numerous other police unions throughout the Tri-State area. Responded to and represented members of service at scenes of police involved shootings and critical incidents. Represented and defended members of service during investigations, interviews and disciplinary hearings conducted by the Civilian Complaint Review Board and the Internal Affairs Bureau. Represented members of service during investigative interviews with various State and Federal prosecutorial agencies. Represented municipalities and individually named defendants in Federal Section 1983 claims. Represented clients in both federal and state civil and criminal trials.
