The tenant would have their own room, bathroom, and a walk in closet. The apartment is very large and has exposed brick and other industrial features. The two other roommates are students at MSU, and there are 3 (very sweet) cats living there as well. Parking is included, and the apartment is in a very safe and secure building in a nice area.
