I am looking for a tenant to take over our expiring lease that we locked in at a great rate for a 2 bedroom at $1,879/month. With utilities, the apartment total cost comes in at just around $2,000 (not including wifi). We are looking for a tenant to take over, meet our leasing office and go through the proper channels.
