Hello! Im a grad student looking to transfer my lease at Triad apartments. Its close to Drexel and Penn. The building has a gym, secure package room, study lounge and rooftop. This is a new building, Im the first person to live in this unit and will leave it sparkling clean for you!

Its a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom. I currently live there alone and use the second bedroom as a study room but definitely big enough for someone to use that as their bedroom. Its on the 4th floor which is the top so no one stomping or dropping things above you.

Theres in-unit laundry, a garbage disposal, and ice maker in the freezer. Theres two Juliette balconies one off the living room one off the bigger bedroom.

I currently pay $2,600 + 35 a month for water
