I would like for someone to take over my lease for Fall 2026- Summer 2027 school year, as I am going out of town to work and be with my family. The unit is a 3bedx2bath at University Village: The Oaks. It is right across from campus, near Seminole Cafe. It is also within walking distance to Target, for those who need groceries, as well as many other fast food places. The apartment is close to two bus stops, the Psychology building, and the general STEM buildings (bio, pre-med, physics, etc.)
