I am looking for someone to take over my lease as soon as possible. It is a studio apartment. Everything included is less than 900. You pay utilities each month, but wifi is part of the rent, and you can get your own renters insurance. Even with all that, I paid less than 900 each month. It would be a 3-month sublease to end on August 25th. There is a shared kitchen and laundry room on the floor. Please let me know if you are interested.
