Its furnished with a twin bed, desk, shelves, and has a large closet.

The house has 5 other student roommates, a shared kitchen, a living room, a dining room, a basement, and 2 full bathrooms.
This room shares a bathroom on the main floor, one flight down. We have a washer and dryer, and there is backyard parking available.
Everyone here keeps things tidy and respectful.
No pets.
