We are Tilburg university students and well be subletting our rooms during our exchange.

The rooms are available in a very cozy apartment, 5 students in total. There are two bathrooms; one with just a shower, one with a bath/shower and a toilet. There is also an additional toilet, which is separate. There is a living room with a sofa, tv and dining table, a small balcony and a kitchen (+ bike parking downstairs). Available appliances are: washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine.

It is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to Westermarkt. It is 20 minutes by bike to the center and 10 to the university.

Room 1: 15/07/26 - 15/01/27
The rent is 785 euros/month excluding utilities (water, wifi, electricity etc). The utilities cost is usually around 36 per month (fully furnished).

Room 2: 1/08/26 - 15/01/27
This room is separated in two. There is a room downstairs with the bed and upstairs a second space with the closet and study desk (fully furnished). The rent is 660 euros/month excluding utilities.

We are looking for responsible and clean tenants who will take good care of the rooms and apartment.

Requirements: students, proof of income is needed (3x the rent, parents can be guarantor), registration is possible. Preference for exchange students but not a requirement
