I am looking to relet the apartment that I would have been renting for the next semester (8/26-7/27). I am unable to return to Colorado due to unforeseen circumstances, and as a result will be unable to attend CSU. Rent is $979 a month and utilities are ~$40 a month (I am more than willing to cover first months rent and utilities). The complex is pet-friendly and the apartment itself is signed to an individual liability lease and includes a washer-dryer and a dishwasher, is fully furnished, and has private bathrooms in each bedroom. Garage parking and bike storage is offered at the complex, which is located five minutes from campus and has easy access to a MAX bus station.
