975$/month sublease!
Hi! We are 3 girls looking for a fourth female roommate for a 4 bed 1 bath apartment on mission hill for 975$ a month for this summer. Lease start is flexible (ideally in June) and would end on 31st August. The apartment is a 1500 sq ft unit with a balcony. We do have a cat as well but he does not bother anyone and likes to be by himself. The room itself will be a sublease and comes with a basic bed and a closet space. The deposit has been discounted to 250$. Water and WiFi comes included in rent. We are also open to selling some of the other furniture of the previous roommate to the new sublet.
