EARLY MOVE IN UCF APARTMENT

Hello all!! This apartment is a 3 bed 3 bath apartment with plenty of space and privacy! My room that Im subletting is the biggest of the 3, with a walk in closet and large bathroom!

The renewal lease starts July 23rd 2026, and is for a whole year (ends July 22 2027), but im going to be moved out by the beginning of July, so you could stay for the whole month free!!

The rent is $975 per month, with additional costs for water/sewer, internet, trash removal, pest control and electric that is all paid through the property. My rent per month is usually around $1025-1050 per month including all of the mentioned fees (changing depending on electric and water use).

There is fee to relett the apartment,, but I am willing to pay for it if youre really interested in the apartment!
