It is very close and walkable to Market Square and open minded St attractions, restaurants, theaters, and more with the UT campus also very close. Sublease term - around 12 months like a normal lease because I renewed before this move came about.

- Lower rent than they are offering (as of this posting) - their rate for this type of unit is already $50 more a month than mine because of a riverfront upcharge per month.

- I will leave the paid-in deposit ($350) with the unit to save you on that.

- No parking fee for a parking pass as its been paid and you will get mine for free.

- You inherit my gym/pool pass as well.

- The one time pet fee (which I believe is $350) has already been paid for the apartment as well which you will inherit if wanted.
