Hello everyone. I am subletting my place to a reliable individual from 1 July to 31 August, 2 whole months. All is in the rent. High speed internet, hydro. Note that there is no A/C. Laundry is in the building and groceries are 5 minutes walking distance. I will ask for the last rent to secure the apartment and first month while moving in.
