The room comes fully furnished with everything shown in the photos, including a bed frame, mattress, bedding, desk, desk chair, dresser, bedside table, lamps, rug, AC unit, and the closet, so its completely move in ready! Ill also be removing all of my personal belongings before move-in, including clothes, shoes, and everything currently stored in the closet, dresser, and desk, so youll have the space entirely to yourself.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a house that is divided into three separate units, so it feels much more like its own apartment than a shared house. The first-floor unit has its own private entrance, bathroom, bright sunroom, and free parking. There is also laundry available in the basement.
One of the best parts of the space is that the bedroom is located next to the apartments TV/living area, which makes it feel like its own little private corner of the apartment.
