It includes renters insurance for $15.00, which is optional. There are handicap safe ramps for all entrances as well as two elevators for easy access to your unit. All doors are accessed with a key fob, and bedrooms are locked with personal keys for each resident. Radius is a great place to kick off your summer in Dinkytown. If you feel at home, you can always renew for next year.
Additional utilities will include. trash electric and gas. Which will be split automatically between you and the other roommates. The transfer fee is $500, and I will cover half of that cost for you. There is also a $100 discount on the rent each month, which will transfer over if you choose to accept this lease.
