Hi! Im currently looking for a girly to take over my lease starting either August 19th or September through March of 2027 at Haven Apartments in Nashville. The base rent is $1,232 but they charge water and sewage on top of that, so its realistically closer to $1,400 with those included. Youll have another roommate (also girly in early 20s) who has 2 cats to split it with, so itll be around $700 each. It is a top floor apartment so no stomping from above!! Pretty cool if you ask me!
