Posting on behalf of my son, a Temple University student, who is unable to use his housing assignment for the 20262027 academic year. We are seeking someone to take over his lease at Vantage Philadelphia beginning August 2026. Roommates TBD (not yet assigned by management).

This is a lease takeover through Vantage Philadelphia. The new tenant must meet Vantages leasing requirements and complete the lease transfer process.
