I am moving out in 2 weeks and am looking for someone to take over my studio apartment from mid-July to the end of October. The apartment is semi-furnished, containing an in-unit washer/dryer, a Murphy bed, a queen mattress, a dresser, and a kitchen table. Items I can leave behind: chair for kitchen table, microwave, small airfryer, mirror, fan, and shelf. The apartment is a 400 sqft studio located in downtown Minneapolis on 9th Street. Walkable, bus stops everywhere, close to city nightlife. Water and central AC included. Bills to pay include electricity, wifi, and renters insurance. Serious inquiries only.
