Beautifully located by Northern Arizona University and downtown Flagstaff. I am leaving Flagstaff in December and need someone to take over the remainder of my lease (~January-July). A bed and couch can be provided or removed. Pet friendly with a beautiful & clean patio with a view of Mount Humphreys. A hot tub, gym, and community events are apart of the stay. Perfect for students and may have the potential for extending the lease with the property management.
