I am looking for someone to take over a lease that I signed for a 1BD/1BA apartment in Towers to begin 7/1 and ending 7/31/27 (13 month lease).

Unfortunately, my plans have changed and I am no longer going to be able to move to this space. It is a great apartment in a great location just off CU campus, close to many great shops and restaurants, please let my loss be your gain!

Apartment is on the third floor, has a spacious kitchen and living area, balcony with small view of the Flatirons, bedroom with walk in closet, and plentiful storage throughout including an extra storage closet on the balcony. Rent is $1550/month, water/sewer/trash included, tenant pays gas/electric (Xcel) and internet. One assigned uncovered parking spot is included. No pets allowed. Landlords are a local family who are really responsive. 7/1 move-in is ideal but I am willing to prorate based on actual move in date, requests to move in after 7/15 will be ignored.
