Im offering a lease takeover from 9/1/26 to 1/16/27 with option to renew. I am moving in with my fiance, otherwise I would never give up this great apartment!

This is a 1b/1b right next to the Magoun Square Green Line in Somerville. The rent is $2865 per month. Utilities (gas + electric + water + sewer) are usually around $150 to $200 total per month.

The apartment is on the top floor of a 3 story apartment building, and it has central A/C, dishwasher, laundry in unit, and a patio. The apartment complex has a gym and package center. Reserved parking spots are available for $175 per spot, but there is also plenty of easy street parking with a resident permit. The building is pet friendly (pet rent is $75 per month). Security deposit is $500.

If you renew the lease, the building manager said that the rent would increase by around ~$100. New 1b/1b apartments in this complex are leasing for around $3,700, so you would be able to continue with an under-market rate.

This is an official lease takeover, so the building would need to approve your application. This was a very quick and easy process for me; there is no application fee. I can be flexible on move in date (between 8/29 and 9/10) if needed.
